Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you ordered and get generations of use and adventure from each item. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Window

We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of odors, pet hair, or signs of outdoor use
  • In original or comparable packaging

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

How to Start a Return

Sign in to your customer account and select the order you'd like to return. Follow the prompts to submit your return request. Once approved, you'll receive an email with next steps and your prepaid return shipping label.

A return shipping fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid label. You're also welcome to use your own carrier at your own cost — just email us for the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on all full-price items. Fit matters — especially with outerwear — and we want to make sure you get it right.

To request an exchange:

  1. Sign in to your customer account and select the order you'd like to exchange.
  2. Let us know the item and the size you'd like instead.
  3. Ship your original item back using the prepaid label we provide.
  4. We'll ship your exchange as soon as your return is in transit — no waiting.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@maveraloutdoor.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or defect

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit. Duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
