Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak seasons or new product launches, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us atΒ support@maveraloutdoor.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
